Project Overview

This hall bathroom in a Rochester Hills home was showing its age with dated finishes, worn fixtures, and builder-grade materials. The homeowner wanted to modernize the space while keeping the existing layout intact to avoid unnecessary plumbing changes.

The goal was to create a cleaner, more refined bathroom that felt brighter, more functional, and aligned with the rest of the home's updated interior.

Kratos completed a full interior refresh while preserving the bathroom’s original layout. The tub was upgraded with a modern porcelain tile surround and a built-in shower niche for added functionality. A frameless sliding glass enclosure replaced the older door system, instantly opening up the visual space.

The vanity was replaced with a custom gray cabinet and topped with a clean quartz countertop and integrated sink. Large-format floor tile was installed to create a seamless, modern foundation, while updated lighting and a framed mirror completed the refreshed look.

The finished bathroom feels brighter, more spacious, and significantly more modern while maintaining the same footprint. Premium materials, clean lines, and improved lighting transformed the space into a bathroom that feels both functional and refined.

With thoughtful upgrades and careful craftsmanship, the homeowners now have a bathroom that better reflects the quality and style of the rest of their home.
