This living room renovation focused on replacing heavily worn carpet with high-quality hardwood flooring to modernize the space and improve long-term durability. The original carpet showed years of wear, stains, and compression marks, which made the room feel dated and difficult to maintain. The homeowners wanted a cleaner, brighter look that would complement the natural light coming through the large front-facing windows.

After carefully removing the existing carpet and padding, our team inspected and prepared the subfloor to ensure a perfectly level installation. We installed wide-plank hardwood flooring in a warm natural oak tone, chosen to complement the room’s neutral wall color and existing furniture. The wider planks help the space feel more open while highlighting the natural grain and character of the wood.

The finished result completely transformed the living room. The new hardwood floors reflect natural daylight beautifully, making the space feel larger, brighter, and more refined.
